Bookings, Enquiries & Payment – All bookings are subject to our Terms & Conditions of service document, available from our website and attached to most forms. Enquiries/Quote requests are not considered bookings. Bookings are only secure/confirmed once we receive your completed booking form, together with your deposit as cleared funds. Nominated vehicles are subject to availability at the time we receive your completed booking form and your deposit as cleared funds. We do not make “tentative” bookings, nor can we “hold” a vehicle without payment & a completed booking form. Please contact us before remitting payment/booking details to ensure required vehicles, times and dates are available. All quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise, specifically stated in writing. All deposits are non-refundable, unless otherwise, specifically stated in writing. Any modification to the original booking details will only be accepted in writing (email, fax or letter) prior to the day of travel.
Log Files – We review data and information contained in log files located on our web server, which record the date and time of each visit to our web site, the user’s IP (internet protocol) address, the referring IP address or domain (the prior web site visited), and the files viewed on our web site (including HTML pages, graphics, etc.). We use log file information to analyze data in the aggregate to determine the trends and usage of our site. We cannot correlate the log data to identify specific users.
Voluntary Information – We do not sell or make commercially available specific information about users.
